Hi everybody and Happy Valentine’s Day!
Thanks for your awesome support and patience while we took a very productive pause with my music. My family made a huge move to a new location, which has taken some time to “semi” become settled and unpack many, many boxes. There’s still much be done personally, but we are now organized enough that I can again pursue my music.
First of all, I want you to know how much I have appreciated your “hanging in there” with me, through all things. All of you…my fans, friends, family, radio, team members and associates…are just too good to be true, and for that I send you my sincere appreciation, especially during this Valentine’s season of love.
Okay, now for the update. I have felt very much at peace in our new home and have been inspired to write many new songs. I awaken in the middle of the night or early in the morning and am blessed to have many new songs in me just wanting to come out! It’s awesome and I feel it is a great gift that God is giving me. I’m going to work hard to do something with this material and am making plans for some time in March to begin recording some of the songs in Nashville with my very talented collaborator, Jay. I also have had some great songs on hold with some of my fellow songwriters, so I will ultimately be recording some of those great songs in the upcoming months, hoping to complete a whole new album in 2016!
We have started some needed updates and improvements on my website recently. It’s going to take a while to complete, but we promise you that we will continue to steadfastly work on it until it’s complete, adding a few new pages at a time. My mentally has always been that good things come to those who wait, so I keep reminding myself of that. Please continue to check my website regularly at www.cherylkwarner.net.
Around the first of March, we will be releasing to radio a new “Remix Visions”. This is another song that God helped me compose, both lyrics and music, in the middle of the night, several years ago. Another version of the song has been out there on the internet, but the song has never had a bigger radio promotion release, which we’re hoping for this time around just in time for Easter. The inspirational message in “Visions” needs to be out there and I’m hoping that the song will touch many people’s lives. We will keep you posted on the promotion plans for the song, so please stay tuned!
