Last Thursday on the 15th of July I showed up at a Venue in Santa Monica Calif. I went there since I received an invite on Facebook by two different Facebook friends. The first one I received was from Gene Loveland and the other invite was from Larry Bagby. We got there just before Gene Loveland performed. What an amazing surprise, it was him on vocals and another gentleman by the name of Walt Armbruster on guitar. Gene’s interaction with the crowd was sincere and welcoming. He had mentioned between songs that the Walt writes a lot of songs with him and they are currently in the studio. The music and lyrics are poetry, I am looking forward to hearing a lot more from this guy.
Next came one of the most explosive artists I have seen live in a very long time. His name is Larry Bagby. He takes the term stage presence to a whole new level. His music is so lively and upbeat, it could raise anyone to their feet to rock with this Country Rock superstar. He has some mellow stuff that is very awesome as well. This guy by the name of Larry Bagby should be performing in front of 100,000 people. Their is quite a bit of country talent at the moment, however, their isn’t anyone on the charts or radio that is better than this guy in my opinion.
Remember both of the guys, they are going to be around for a long, long time and will sell millions of songs.
