Artie is going to be presented with a “Lifetime Achievement Award” on November 18, 2010. The Award is being given to him by Hollywood Music & Media Awards. The event is being held at the Kodak Theater Complex. It is the first of it’s kind to be presented from HMMA. Unfortunately Artie is unable to… attend the Awards due to other obligations. Shon Kornfeld, Artie’s son will be accepting the Award on his Father’s behalf. And Artie will have a taped acceptance for everyone. This is a long over due acknowledgment. For all of you in the Music Industry, please keep in mind, it is my opinion that if it weren’t for Artie’s 40+ years of dedication to you all, none of you would be where you are today.
